Note: Calculation based on §§46 and 97 SGB VI and §§18a-e SGB IV. During the Sterbevierteljahr (first 3 months) the survivor receives the full deceased pension without income deduction. The regular survivor's pension applies thereafter. Allowances are 2026 reference values (West) and are adjusted annually on 1 July. Own earned or replacement income above the allowance reduces the pension by 40 %.
